Over the long weekend, Anthony and I were invited to pick blueberries with some other couples who are attending BYU and BYU-Idaho.
It was so fun and super cheap! (a little over a dollar per pound!) Here are a few things we learned about blueberries...
1. You can tell if a blueberry is ripe if it just falls off when you try to pull at it
2. The smaller blueberries are the sweeter they are
3. I don't like super sweet blueberries... they don't even taste like blueberries
4. Make sure you inspect the blueberries carefully before eating... bugs live in the little hole
4. I don't really have any recipes for blueberries, but it's okay because they are delicious alone! However if anyone has a good recipe, feel free to share!

That is great price for blueberries. I agree with you blueberries are delicious just by themselves. They are also great on cereal, and with just wiped cream or try blueberry shortcake. Never knew about the bugs in the little whole, probably just ate them.
You look so happy (as normal) in the picture
I found your blog! Blueberry picking was the bomb, so glad you guys came with us! I've yet to post about it on my blog, but I need to. Let's hang out soon!
